We want you to be happy with your order. For any reason you are not, please contact us within 30 days of order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do not offer exchange option at the moment. 

If you have received items that are defective or damaged during transit please contact us with the photo of the item. In any case of resend we will bear the shipping cost.

Custom orders, SALE items, and paper goods (stickers, washi tapes etc) cannot be returned.

SHIPPING & HANDLING charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
