Change of Address
Address change is NOT POSSIBLE once your order is placed, so please make sure your address is correct before submitting your order. The easiest way is to place a new order and contact us to have your old one canceled.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation request ARE NOT encouraged however can be made within 24 hours of placing your order (with fees) Please note that we charge a 10% restocking fee (except address change orders)
Redirection of Order
Please note that redirection of your order once dispatched IS NOT ALLOWED without contacting us beforehand. Additional surcharges will apply and to be billed to buyer
What happens if my package is lost?
If you believe your package is lost during transit, please contact us NO LATER than 21 days from date of shipping
